COURSE
The 2022 Mud & Chocolate Gnome Run is held at Soaring Eagle Park in Sammamish. This beautiful park offers rolling, moderately technical single track trails.  It’s a great park with lush greenery! Because there are some rocks and roots, we recommend you try trail running before you sign up for this race. For those of you familiar with Soaring Eagle, we avoid the biggest hill in the park, but there are some rollers.  This park has many little trails, so we work really hard to make sure the race course is marked very well! Half marathoners will pass the aid station at about miles 4.25 and 8.5.
While you're out on the course, look for the gnomes! Runners that find and report the names of all three gnomes hidden along the course will receive a special prize!
